A technical feat in record time
This old building, which is 10,000 square feet in size, was renovated and refurbished to house a store on the ground floor and offices on the second floor. The major renovation work planned for this project had to be completed in three months. The original facade was torn down and the steel structure was redone to support a new Saint-Marc stone facing and allow the installation of a glass curtain wall. All the interior and electromechanical systems were fully refurbished as well as the roof and the rear facade.
