As the general contractor, A+ manages the execution of work in the project from start to finish. The designated project manager works with the architect and/or engineer on validating the plans and specifications to ensure that the project complies with the design. Assisted by the site superintendent assigned to the project, the project manager coordinates each and every detail of it: managing the budget and schedule, managing supplier tendering, selecting and supervising subcontractors, administering contracts, managing milestone payment requests and monitoring overall quality.
This service is intended for clients that already have the architectural, design and engineering plans and specifications for their project and are looking for a general contractor to execute it.
