This 5-storey, 90,000-square-foot former industrial building was renovated and refurbished to attract premium commercial tenants! Working with a $10 million budget, we used our expertise to not only renovate the exterior building shell, all interior and electromechanical systems and the common spaces, but also convert the abandoned warehouse next door into offices.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1642191121230{padding-top: 20px !important;}”]<\/p>\n
