The restaurant\u2019s marble-covered poured concrete bar and dining room spread out between a window-dominated facade and a new smaller space housing the kitchen and service rooms: This steel structure covered by carbonized wood had to be carefully coordinated to ensure that the plumbing, drainage, water, electricity, gas, cooling and ventilation systems would fit.
