Delivering a project inspired by the essence of Montreal

We’re proud to have delivered a bold, playful project for a rapidly growing tech company in the downtown core. To support their expansion and ambition, we designed an environment where collaboration and creativity meet.

The design encourages dynamic interaction with a mix of conference rooms, open work areas, focus zones, and informal collaboration spaces. A dedicated video-game lounge helps the team unwind, while a versatile cafeteria is ready to host large-scale events.

Montreal’s essence is everywhere: red-brick walls, metal structures nodding to the “Farine Five Roses” sign, and murals by local artist whatisadam.

Thanks to our Integrated Collaborative Project Management (GPCI) approach, we guided the client in creating an inspiring environment for their employees—optimizing budgets and keeping the schedule on track.
