Our Office: A Reflection of Our Vision and Values
Always driven by the mission to offer a simplified, positive and human experience guided by design, A+ has come a long way since its beginnings in 2005. From a student painting company to a general contractor, from the residential to the commercial sector, and from a project management firm to an integrated design firm, its evolution has been remarkable! It was therefore only natural to continue on this path by investing in a place that better reflects our identity, our capabilities and our range of services. Located in the heart of Rosemont, our new office is much more than a simple workspace; it is a true incubator for our ideas and ambitions.
We acquired the building next to our former office in order to expand and refresh our work environment. With an area of 8,000 sq. ft., our offices occupy part of the building, while seven rental units are located on the top floor. Our space is refined, where white surfaces and wood finishes coexist harmoniously. Rounded corners, the central island and the curved metal staircase make the space unique. We have two meeting rooms, a large collaborative area, three informal zones, several private offices and a large kitchen. In addition, we have a rooftop terrace and a gym, offering our employees extra spaces to relax and get moving.
What sets our offices apart is their welcoming feel; several artworks on the walls evoke a sense of home and create a warm atmosphere. The concrete structure and the garage doors have been preserved to maintain the building’s authenticity. Every detail has been carefully selected to create an environment that inspires creativity and fosters productivity.
We are proud to have an office that lives up to the projects we deliver, a space where we can welcome our clients and suppliers in the best possible conditions.
