A vibrant place to catalyze creation

In the heart of Plaza Saint-Hubert, TUX’s creative studio unveils a new vision of the workplace. Conceived as a tool in the service of bold ideas, this space gives tangible form to the agency’s restless, energetic and creative identity.

From the moment you step inside, the connection to the neighborhood is obvious: a street-facing commercial space opens directly onto the life of the Plaza. Set further back, a large photo studio and a welcoming cafeteria open onto the back lane, revealing another side of TUX’s daily life: technical rigor and human warmth.

Designed by Desk Architectes, the project required a major transformation of the existing building—originally made up of two distinct structures that needed to be unified. Our team oversaw full construction management, coordinating all stakeholders to bring the architectural vision to life while meeting technical requirements, timelines and the client’s ambitions.

Very few original elements could be preserved, apart from a few exterior walls, the roof, and an elegant staircase with terrazzo steps, carefully highlighted in the new design. The work included rebuilding a fire-rated party wall, replacing waterproofing and insulation systems, and completely refurbishing the building envelope.

Upstairs, open-plan work areas benefit from abundant natural light thanks to several skylights and large windows at both the front and back. A fluid, stimulating space designed to encourage creativity and collaboration.

Particular care was given to the façade: textured brick and Corten steel accents express TUX’s desire for a strong visual signature, while subtly contributing to the revitalization of the Plaza.
