Representing landlords and working with brokers and occupants allowed him to gain a holistic view of the real estate lifecycle—from go-to-market strategy to the long-term value of leasable space. Today, he brings this expertise to the world of integrated design, where performance, design, and execution come together to meet the real needs of the people using the space.

What inspired you to move from representing landlords in commercial real estate to joining an integrated design firm like A+?
I’ve always been passionate about design and architecture — and with my experience working for developers and major property owners, the impact of intentional, well-designed space on its users became obvious. I was aware of A+ and the projects the team had completed, but what truly inspired me was the idea of joining an innovative, top-tier team. It was clear that our values were aligned, especially when it comes to a client-first approach and building win-win relationships with all project stakeholders.
Based on your experience with commercial real estate owners, what are some key challenges they face in optimizing or repositioning space?
Without a doubt, the biggest challenges are delivering spaces on time and within budget—before even considering aesthetics. Managing expectations and coordinating designers, architects, and trades has become increasingly complex and resource-heavy, both for landlords and tenants. These days, both sides are risk-averse. Our model helps simplify the process for everyone—offering a single point of contact for the entire project—while ensuring delivery that’s both timely and cost-effective, without ever compromising on quality.
Since joining A+, what has impressed you the most about how the team approaches projects?
At A+, I’ve joined an incredibly passionate and highly professional group—every person has impressed me, and there’s a real sense of cohesion in how we work together. But if there’s one thing that stands out, it’s our capacity to collaborate. It’s the true catalyst behind our approach. These qualities have helped us not only deliver successful outcomes for our clients, but also has encouraged them to return for future projects—often citing their successful experience as the key reason.
