Building an intricately designed clinic that wins a Grand Prix du Design Award

With one clinic in Brossard, Go Orthodontistes Clinic decided that it wanted to open a second clinic in downtown Montreal. Since it offers high-end orthodontic services, our client opted for a unique design that would provide its patients with a luxurious yet welcoming environment. Not only was the project’s design intricate and challenging, but its schedule had to be closely followed so that the clinic could be inaugurated few months after.

Using our Integrated Collaborative Project Management (ICPM) approach, we worked closely with the designer to deliver this exceptional project, which was extremely detailed and required special finishes.

As the project facilitator, we successfully coordinated the various specialized contractors involved and made sure that they executed and complied with the design expectations on schedule.
