Asset Repositioning of a Heritage Building for a Medical Clinic

Three passionate plastic and aesthetic surgeons, owners of a historic Maisonneuve street building dating from 1913, have entrusted us with the project management and construction mandate to reposition their real estate asset to accommodate their patients in an environment that suits them.

Our mission in this project is to optimize the design of the project and ensure its feasibility while respecting the budget framework, while ensuring close collaboration with all the professionals involved to transform this place into a top-choice medical clinic.
