Brasserie New Deal is a microbrewery based in Boucherville specializing in the production of craft and organic beers. The mandate was to design and create a production facility, along with office and commercial space, all under one roof. The goal was to ensure architectural continuity throughout the project and to envision a design and functional layout that promotes employee well-being and fosters collaboration among the teams within the space.
