Successfully facilitating and fast-tracking a project
When Brio Conseils approached us about renovating its new office space in an extremely short period of time, we were up for the challenge! This management boutique assists leaders with their organizations’ continuous evolution initiatives and wanted to provide a welcoming, professional space for its 60 strategy consultants. With this in mind, we teamed up with Inside Studio design firm to design and deliver a flexible yet user-friendly workplace in less than 3 months.
Just like in any other project, we had to overcome several obstacles, but as the facilitator, we were able to come up with appropriate alternatives in keeping with the initial plans and budget. And once again, we worked effectively with all other professionals involved to achieve the final result, which reflected Brio Conseils’ new look and corporate direction.
