Keywords Montréal Studios

An electromechanical challenge that we overcame!

The Keywords Group has over 40 studios on four different continents. At its Montreal studio, 36,000 ft2 had to be added to accommodate about 500 new workstations. An in-depth analysis was required to understand what the company needed for these new workstations. The existing space had an open, double-aspect design. To ensure the security and confidentiality levels required, the suite had to be cut through lengthwise, which affected its intrinsic spaciousness.

This also posed a major electromechanical challenge, because the power supply had to be tripled in order to meet the consumption requirements of the computers, screens and game consoles.

Located on two floors of the former Norelec building, the Keywords studio enjoys an unobstructed view of the city and an extremely pleasant working environment.

We are now creating a new studio for them at another site. This will be our 4th consecutive project for this client (see the photos below for some of the others).

« I felt supported throughout the process. I could rely on A+ to quickly and efficiently find answers and solutions. They kept listening even though our needs were constantly changing; it also seemed like they enjoyed doing more for us. » – Frédérik Langlois, Facilities Manager at Keywords Studios
