A successful law office layout that highlights the existing style of this iconic place
Sodavex, a law firm dedicated to environmental law wanted to expand its premises with a modern layout. Located on the 5th floor of the former Ex-Centris cinema in Montreal, this 12,500 square foot office has undergone a beautiful transformation to add a touch of warmth and prestige to the space, while highlighting value the existing style of this iconic place.
There are many closed offices spaces, several glass partitions, abundant vegetation and the use of quality materials, in order to offer a stimulating work environment that meets the well-being of its occupants.
And thanks to this brilliant use of the architectural characteristics inherent in the building, as well as the agile collaboration of the management and design teams, the client benefited from an advantageous project cost per square foot!
