With our turnkey approach, we supported TiMi Montreal Studio in the realization of their brand-new AAA video game development office located in Mile-Ex. Through our Feasibility study service, which included rough design plans, budget frameworks, and preliminary timelines, we helped them select the ideal rental location. Our clients greatly appreciate this service as it provides them with a lot of clarity.
Once the location was chosen, while TiMi’s team focused on developing their new game, and we took care of the design and construction of their office. We created an inspiring and welcoming environment, with several distinct areas that are highly appreciated by the occupants of the space.
We proposed a minimalist and modernist concept that stands out from the competition in the video game industry. The work environment is efficient and acoustically adapted to the team’s needs. We also worked to minimize the environmental impact by retaining as many existing architectural elements as possible, which was an advantageous strategy for both their budget and the environment.
