Rehabilitation of an industrial warehouse into a modern headquarters for Tribal
A+ was mandated to transform a massive abandoned industrial warehouse into a new headquarters for Tribal, a renowned company in the fashion industry. Our mission was clear: to breathe new life into this abandoned space by renovating and designing it in a way that creates a modern and functional environment reflecting our client’s identity and needs.
This rehabilitation project was approached with a customer-centric mindset. Our team enthusiastically embraced the challenge, working closely with Tribal to deliver the project within budget and on schedule. The result was a resounding success. This space, which received a special mention at the 12th edition of the Grand Design Awards, now offers a modern and welcoming environment for Tribal’s employees and clients. We take pride in having accomplished this exceptional project with the diverse teams involved, combining adaptive reuse, innovative design, and fruitful collaboration with our client.
