Delivering this multifaceted project was a manageable challenge for A+

Renowned chef Jérôme Ferrer wanted to reinvent his patrons’ dining experience and give them a true culinary spectacle, which is why he asked A+ to put its talents to work on his brand new Europea Restaurant. A+ was selected for its multidisciplinary proposal, which included management, engineering design and construction and promised to deliver this ambitious project in record time.

Located in a very elegant building on Mountain Street in downtown Montreal, this project presented highly complex architectural challenges. In fact, due to the selected materials, the large number of custom-crafted features, the kitchen enclosed in see-through glass panels, the huge cellar, the large mezzanine and the magnificent spiral staircase, many seasoned professionals and tradespeople had to be brought into the project and meticulously managed. Ultimately, thanks to the transparent and efficient collaboration between everyone involved, this project was delivered on time and within the required budget.
