The Serpent, a renowned Italian restaurant, wished to establish itself in the former Fonderie Darling in Montreal. The project involved transforming an industrial space into a modern and welcoming restaurant that meets high technical requirements.

A+ was entrusted with managing this transformation project and took charge of closely coordinating the various installations. Our expertise in project management and construction, along with our attention to detail, were essential in meeting the technical demands of this complex project.

The final result is a magnificent, high-quality, and highly functional space. The high level of finishing, the quality of workmanship, and the undeniable charm of this place earned The Serpent the Grand Prix du Design in the category of restaurants exceeding 2,000 square feet
