Aesop – Petite-Bourgogne

A third joint project with the famous brand

Each and every store of this world-famous brand is always a unique architectural wonder. In this project, Aesop succeeded in creating another extremely sophisticated new 825-square-foot store in Montreal’s Little Burgundy neighbourhood.

The interior design was inspired by the music that has influenced this neighbourhood, which was previously known as Montreal’s centre of jazz culture. In reference to the muted ambience of a private club, the client opted for fine quality materials and played with textures and colours in this store.

Our main challenge was to meticulously custom-make the many architectural and woodwork features. The store’s layout was improved thanks to upstream collaboration with the design team.
