Building the largest HACCP kitchen in Canada

To refurbish and renovate this disused building, which is over 11,000 ft2 in size, we had to overcome a huge technical challenge within a very short period of time. In just 4 months, A+ not only delivered the entire design and construction of the electromechanical engineering, but also built the largest commercial HACCP kitchen in the country as well as offices in the building. We succeeded in this project thanks to rigorous planning of each step and healthy collaboration between the A+ team and all the other professionals involved.
