Building a restaurant in 5 weeks
A large glass facade floods the just over 2,000 square feet of space with light. In the dining area, banquettes create intimate spaces for meals, while the huge diagonally-situated marble counter and its overhead lighting set the boundary for the employees’ work space. In the rear area of the restaurant, a kitchen was built according to HACCP food safety standards. The project was completed in 5 weeks, an extremely short time considering the scale of the work that had to be done.
